Tasting Note
The color is pale yellow, The nose is very expressive, with citrussy and white flowers notes typical of the Sauvignon blanc. On the palate, the proportion of Semillon enhances the feeling of roundness and sensuality. A very balanced wine with a nice length.

Pairing
Ideal with sea foods, sushis, fishes and lobster.
