The color is pale yellow, The nose is very expressive, with citrussy and white flowers notes typical of the Sauvignon blanc. On the palate, the proportion of Semillon enhances the feeling of roundness and sensuality. A very balanced wine with a nice length.
Ideal with sea foods, sushis, fishes and lobster.
Chateau Olivier is one of the oldest properties in Bordeaux. Bordeaux wine historians believe the estate dates back as far as the 11th century. Château Olivier is Pessac-Léognan appellation, ranked among the Crus Classés de Graves for red and dry white wine in the Classification of Graves wine of 1953 and 1959. The winery and vineyards are located south of the city of Bordeaux, in the commune of Léognan.
